Megan Andelloux

Megan Andelloux is the founder, and former Executive Director, of The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health, a 501c3 non-profit adult sexual education organization based in Pawtucket, RI. She is a certified Sexuality Educator through AASECT, a certified Sexologist through the American College of Sexologists and an ISSWSH Fellow. She lectures on issues surrounding sexual pleasure, sexual health, politics, and erotic justice at medical institutions, universities and professional conferences throughout North America. She served on the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists Board as the PR, Advocacy and Media Chair, was a teaching instructor for Brown University Medical School and the Brown Pediatrics Residency program. She has recently authored her first book: “Hot and Fast: Spontaneous Quickies for Passionate Orgasms” and has been a contributing author for Naked At Our Age:Talking Out Loud About Senior Sex; Sex and Society; and We Got Issues. Ms. Andelloux has also contributed to the following curriculums: Teaching Safer Sex, 3rd Edition and Taking Sides: Controversial Issues in Human Sexuality. Her publications include “Products for Sexual Lubrication, Understanding Options With Your Patients” in Nursing for Women’s Health, and “Sexual Health Education and Policy in Medical Schools: The Importance of Incorporating Basic Human Rights into Medical Education and Training” through the Woodhull Sexual Freedom Report. She was part of the first national summits that advised what medical schools should be mandated to teach throughout North America. Labeled by the press as “The Princess of Pleasure”, “The Sex Ed Warrior Queen” and was decorated with the “First Tracks Award” from Honest Exchange, LLC, Vicki Sexual Freedom Award from the Woodhall Sexual Freedom Foundation, and the “Vagina Warrior of the Year” from the Vagina Monologues, Ms. Andelloux is dedicated to increasing communication and reducing fear about sexuality issues.
