Andrew Pike is an attorney, businessman, international oarsman, author, trainer
and life and executive coach. He has two adult children and is married to Kazalette.
Andrew was educated at St Stithians College and the University of the Witwatersrand
in Johannesburg, South Africa. Whilst pursuing a successful legal career with
several major international law firms, Andrew has also been on a journey of self-exploration and discovery for the past 25 years, learning about the way the mind
works, what inspires people, how people can sabotage themselves, his own
spirituality and seeking meaning from his life experiences.
Andrew's teachings are eclectic and non-denominational, having been drawn from
both his own rich life experiences and the wisdom of many teachers on his journey.
These have included the late Dr Jean Klein, the late Dr K Bradford Brown, his
partner Dr Roy Whitten and various other trainers of the More to Life program.
His learning and insights have also been significantly influenced by Gavin Harrison,
writers such as Dr John Demartini, Dr Scott Peck, Dr Wayne Dwyer, Dr Deepak
Chopra, Marianne Williamson as well as numerous teachers at institutions such as
the Buddhist Retreat Centre in Ixopo, the London School of Philosophy, the
Institute of Mindfulness and the church. He regards his greatest teachers as his
family and Life itself.
Andrew's vision is to make a significant difference on the planet by touching
people's lives through his own learning and experiences. The combination of his
gifted writing and communication skills, together with the record of his
extraordinary life, make his work accessible and inspirational.
Andrew has also published PEOPLE RISKS: A PEOPLE-BASED STRATEGY FOR
BUSINESS SUCCESS (Penguin Books, 2001).
