As the founder and CEO of Children's Music Workshop and Music Fun Books, Larry has developed an expansive catalog of over 300 books, arrangements, and compositions tailored for young musicians learning strings, woodwinds, brass, piano, guitar, and ukulele.
Larry holds a Bachelor of Music Education, cum laude, from Temple University’s College of Music, and a Master of Arts in Music Performance from Eastern Illinois University. He is also credentialed as a California teacher. Larry's work has garnered numerous accolades, including five Los Angeles area Emmy Awards for his elementary orchestra broadcasts from UCLA’s Schoenberg Concert Hall. He received the Lori Petrick Excellence in Education Award from the Palisades Charter Schools Foundation and was honored by the Los Angeles City Council for his contributions to music education. Additionally, he has been featured on CityView's Channel 35 series, Faces of LA, and was a BRAVO Award nominee from the Music Center of Los Angeles County.
