Bridgette Hester has her doctoral degree in Human Services, is an adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix and Strayer University, and is the Founder and President of Hubble Foundation, a nonprofit organization created in the memory of her late husband, Jonce Hubble, who was killed in a tragic and unnecessary workplace accident. All proceeds from the sale of Bridgette's book are funneled back into the foundation to provide services for families and climbers! Hubble Foundation advocates for tower technicians (tower climbers) in the telecommunications industry, conducts academic research in the industry, provides scholarships for children of workers that have died on the job, works to promote new workplace safety legislation, and sponsors climbers with instructor training. In the summer of 2012, Bridgette found happiness again, married Ronny Hester, and was welcomed into her new family by her two stepdaughters Lauren and Haley. She currently lives in Grant, Alabama.
