Nicholas Marsh

Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me. I am an accomplished IT problem solver with over 20 years of experience working for companies both large and small. Throughout my career, I have been employed in several business sectors including manufacturing, telecommunications, hospitality, and managed services. My specialty is not in one particular technology discipline; instead, I have focused on being a problem solver who brings order to chaos. My passion is working for growing organizations and turning their IT liabilities into secure and reliable assets. Although I have worked for a couple of large organizations, I have found my time working in the small to medium enterprise space to be the most rewarding. Working for smaller organizations has allowed me to gain experience in a wide array of technologies, which in turn has helped me broaden my skills and advance my career. I started writing books as a hobby about ten years ago. I’ve published a few highly rated books on the topics of Linux and network scanning with Nmap.
