Timothy Potter

Timothy is a senior member of the engineering team at LucidWorks where he focuses on hardening and improving Solr. Prior to joining LucidWorks, Timothy was a big data architect at Dachis Group where he specialized in search, text mining, and machine learning. Mr. Potter led the design and development of a number of mission-critical big data analytics projects using Solr, Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Mahout, and Storm. Tim is the co-author of Solr In Action from Manning publishers. He has worked extensively with Lucene and Solr technologies and has been a speaker at Lucene Revolution 2013 and 2011.
