For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for hypnosis. When I was a little girl I was captivated by it and everything that could be achieved through it. Hypnosis was magic in my mind. Throughout university I never lost my fascination and spent more hours than I can count studying the works of such masters as Milton Erickson. As I continued through Master’s and Doctoral level course work I not only studied hypnosis but began using it myself to reduce stress and make learning easier.
I eventually met my first mentor, Igor Ledochowski with whom I completed my hypnotherapy and hypnosis trainer training. After becoming a certified hypnotherapist I opened Philadelphia Hypnosis where I see private clients. I believe hypnosis to be one of the quickest and most effective strategies for change. It is important to me that hypnosis be used as a force for good in the world. I also feel it is essential for any trainer to have hands on, practical experience of what they are teaching.
In 2011 I earned my certification as a hypnosis trainer with the International Association of Professional Conversational Hypnotists. I am also 1 of only 25 people globally licensed to teach the Conversational Hypnosis Professional Hypnotherapy Certification Program. I love teaching and find it incredibly rewarding to share with others so that you can discover your own creativity and potential.
Since 2012 I have been working in partnership with the International Center for Positive Change and Hypnosis directed by Shawn and Sarah Carson. We have found writing to be a wonderful way to communicate the powerful change technologies we have devoted our lives to studying.
I hope you enjoy reading my books as much as I have enjoyed writing them. Thank you for sharing your hypnosis and NLP journey with me.
