John D. Wilsey

John D. Wilsey is Professor and Chair of the Church History Department at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Research Fellow at the Center for Religion, Culture, and Democracy. He is the recipient of research fellowships from the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University, the McConnell Center at the University of Louisville, the Acton Institute for the Study of Religion and Liberty, and the Russell Kirk Center for Cultural Renewal. He lives with his family in Louisville, Kentucky.
