I am a North American archaeologist who specializes in 15th to 20th century Native American and Euro-American cultures in the Northeast (NY, PA, MD) and Southwest (UT, CO, NM, AZ). My analytical expertise is in the identification of human and animal bones. My theoretical approaches combines landscape and memory studies with traditional and non-traditional storytelling. I've started a new book that seeks to retell the story of Native Americans in Pennsylvania's Susquehanna Valley just before and after European arrival.
