Chris Hitchko, BS, CSCS, ACSM-CPT, CES

Experience: Chris has taught and graduated over 700-personal trainers. He has taught NASM at The National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and currently owns and teaches at the Show Up Fitness Academy in Santa Monica helping people become certified personal trainers and excel in: anatomy, physiology, nutrition, movement, NSCA, NASM, and ACSM. He owns Show Up Fitness in Santa Monica and Dublin- a premier personal training training company. His ultimate goal is to change the fitness industry by helping create educated personal trainers. His writing career began by blogging for his website wwww.showupfitness.com. From there he started writing for www.stack.com- one of the nations largest online circulating website for high school athletes.

Degrees:

Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: California State University, Chico.

Attended the number one Kinesiology program in the nation (University of Connecticut) on an Exchange program in 2003-2004.

NSCA - Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

ACSM - Certified Personal Trainer

NASM - Corrective Exercise Specialist
