Brian Kevin

Brian Kevin is the author of The Footloose American: Following the Hunter S. Thompson Trail Across South America. He's the managing editor of Maine's Down East Magazine and has contributed to Outside, Audubon, The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Men's Journal, Sierra, and other publications. A recipient of a Lowell Thomas Award from the Society of American Travel Writers, his work has been recognized in the Best American Essays, Best Food Writing, and Best American Sports Writing anthologies. He lives in Maine.
