JACQUIE MCNISH is an author and senior correspondent with The Wall Street Journal, based in Toronto. She has won eight National Newspaper Awards and is the author of four best-selling books, three of which won Canada's National Business Book award. Her latest, Losing the Signal, the Spectacular Rise and Fall of BlackBerry, which she co-wrote with Sean Silcoff, won the 2016 National Business Book award and was shortlisted for the 2015 Financial Times/McKinsey Best Business Book of the year.
