Sarah Prager is a LGBTQ+ history education advocate who has written and spoken extensively on the topic. She is the creator of Quist, a free LGBTQ+ history mobile app. Prager's writing has been published in the New York Times, The Atlantic, National Geographic, JSTOR Daily, HuffPost, Bustle, The Advocate, and many other outlets. She has presented on LGBTQ+ history to over 150 groups across five countries since 2013.
Her first book, Queer, There and Everywhere: 23 People Who Changed the World (2017), garnered five award nominations, three starred reviews, and several other accolades. Her second book, Rainbow Revolutionaries: 50 LGBTQ+ Who Made History (2020), is a Junior Library Guild selection.
