Sofie Jacobs authored the best-selling Just Between Us series (Chronicle Books), including three titles and four foreign editions. An honor's graduate from the University of Michigan, Sofie earned her BA in English with a minor in American culture. While at Michigan, Sofie was a writer for The Every Three Weekly, the premiere satirical newspaper, and the president of her sorority, overseeing more than 250 members and a $150,000 annual budget. Sofie joins the Columbia Publishing Course after internships at ICM and Brandt & Hochman, where the fast-paced, people-oriented, and creative nature of publishing piqued Sofie's interest in the literary world.
