My passion and curiosity to fully appreciate the heart and soul of the people and their culture within each and every country always seemed to lead me straight to their kitchen.

No matter the cultural or language barrier, within any kitchen walls there I found a connection to the people, their culture, and my love of cooking authentic international cuisine.
