Pascal Lottaz

I'm an academic working on International Relations and History, based at Waseda University, Tokyo (as of 2020). In the past, I was interested in philosophy, public policy, and violence prevention, but recently my work is mainly centered on the study of neutrality in international relations. I'm also working on the history of neutral states and WWII Japan.
