For all of my professional life, I've been obsessed with helping people increase their skills and mental focus to create the success they desire. I'm the founder of Apifany, LLC, a Silicon Valley-based coaching and consulting firm with a global clientele. Apifany helps individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their most ambitious goals.
The first half of my career was spent in the music world. It was there that I designed a learning system for mastering advanced skills ten minutes at a time. I've used that system with musicians, athletes, and corporate leaders. My system includes strategies for performing well in high-pressure environments, and sustaining mental and emotional states that drive successful results.
