Since I was young, I was interested in studying history and figuring out how things worked. I became programmer, largely self-taught, although I have a MS in Computer Science. I have been studying Dutch naval history since the early 1990's. I have been learning about lotteries and writing lottery software since July 2009. I don't just write about lotteries, but I play them and have won some bucks in the process. I am constantly developing new ideas about how to play lottery games. I am a big believer in testing against history. I will keep writing about my latest systems and ideas and also will keep writing about my Dutch naval history research. There will be occasional books about things that interest me outside of those topics. My current, most active blog is panzer-abwehr.blogspot.com.
