Evelyn Zumaya

Evelyn Zumaya lives and works in Turin and in Los Angeles and has spent two decades researching and writing about Rudolph Valentino and Natacha Rambova. Her discoveries include the archives of Valentino’s manager S. George Ullman and Valentino’s godfather Frank Mennillo, which resulted in her being granted exclusive authorization to write these first-hand accounts of life with Valentino. Her research in Italy and the US, has greatly contributed to the Valentino/Rambova documented body of knowledge. Ms. Zumaya authored the iconic biography of Rudolph Valentino, Affairs Valentino, (L’Affare Valentino in Italian) as well as The Affairs Valentino Companion Guide, Astral Affairs Rambova - The Seances, The Psychic & The Valentino Death Prophecy and has co-authored, the authorized and posthumous book by Michael Morris, Beyond Valentino – The Madam Valentino Addendum. She also published a reissue of Valentino’s poetry book, Daydreams and the authorized 1975 memoir of S. George Ullman, The Real Rudolph Valentino by The Man Who Knew Him Best.
