Suzanne Pollak

Suzanne Pollak was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and raised all over Africa. Suzanne is the co-author of "The Charleston Academy of Domestic Pursuits", "The Pat Conroy Cookbook", and "Entertaining for Dummies". A former spokesperson for Federated Department Stores, Suzanne is the co-founder and co-Dean of The Charleston Academy of Domestic Pursuits, which has a cult following.
