Thanks for visiting my author page. I'm an independent scholar of early Christianity and Christian origins, with particular interests in the historical Jesus, Paul, extracanonical Gospels, feminist-liberationist theology, Christian mysticism, and Kabbalah. For many years I maintained The Paul Page, a website dedicated to trends in Pauline theology, including the new perspective on Paul, Paul and Empire, and Paul within Judaism. Currently, I maintain three websites: Luminescence-llc.net is my principal website, listing my books and providing additional context for my work. Gospels.net offers public domain English translations of extracanonical Gospels, as well as photographs and links to photographs of the Greek and Coptic manuscripts on which the translations are based. Nuhra.net offers the new English public domain translation, The Odes of Solomon: The Nuhra Version (2021), created together with my colleague Samuel Zinner, an award-winning Holocaust scholar and noted expert in Semitic and Indoeuropean languages. Nuhra.net also offers photographs and interlinears of the four ancient manuscripts of the Odes of Solomon (in Coptic, Syriac, and Greek).
