Only child, had a lot of imaginary friends growing up. Total nerd, never missed a day of school from kindergarten through college. Began knocking doors in 1998 and was the Rookie of the Year for Orkin Pest Control. Started my own company, Rove Pest Control in 2003. Personally trained over 1,000 sales reps. Consult for several companies, including start-ups and a company valued at over $2B. Married with 5 kids, love spending time with them more than anything else!
