Christopher Oliver

Christopher Oliver is Professor-of-Practice at Tulane University in New Orleans, jointly between the Department of Sociology and the Environmental Studies program. He teaches courses on the environment and society, urban sociology, environmental crime and security, science and technology studies, labor sociology, and economic sociology. He holds a doctorate in sociology from Michigan State University, and has taught at Michigan State University, Oregon State University, Kalamazoo College, and University of Kentucky.
