Cozmo El is the Minister of Culture of the Moors in America.

El is an accomplished author and has written several books on Moorish History and language. Most popular books by Cozmo El included "Moors What they Didn't teach you in Black history Class I, I and II," “Mer to Moor,” and “ Black A Moor.”

Cozmo El is a member of the Moorish Science Temple and Alpha Mu Gamma, the National Collegiate Foreign Language Honor Society,the first and largest national collegiate foreign language honor society of the United States. Because of his love for language, El has also written the book "The Moabite Key, Introduction to The Moabite Script: A Phenomenological and Grammatical Approach."
