The Soup Club Cookbook is Tina Carr's first cookbook, and co-written with actual soup club mates, Caroline Laskow, Courtney Allison and Julie Peacock. Tina credits her co-authors with deepening her love of all things briny and spicy (thank you, Caroline), making food preparation a joyful part of getting comforting meals on the table (thank you, Courtney) and growing her appreciation of unintuitive but perfect flavor combinations and underused grains (thank you, Julie).
Their real and beloved soup club began in 2011, and is a true testament to food-sharing. Tina lives in New York city with her husband and their three children.
