PERSONAL and CHILDREN'S BOOKS: Anna Kay Kennedy was born in London, England, and was driven by a childhood dream to become an actor, doctor, scientist, or astronomer. However, her passions eventually led her down a different path. Drawing from her father's love of learning and her mother's blend of intellect and practicality, Anna has always been a curious student, though easily distracted. Her strength lies in her love for people and her knack for acquiring just enough knowledge to be dangerous. Her weakness is being easily bored. Anna treasures her husband, their four children, and seven grandchildren, her career, her home, and the memory of her beloved dog, Chester. Authoring her first Granny book (launched on Sept 3rd, 2024) has been a highlight in her life, and she's eagerly looking forward to sharing more adventures with children, parents, and grandparents in future tales! PROFESSIONALLY: After a distinguished thirteen-year career in the UK as a mathematics, computer science, and business educator and author, Anna relocated to the US to take up an opportunity in professional services leadership. She was involved in taking some significant US brands online in the heady days of the .com boom and ran a highly profitable operation. She founded RainMakers (US) in 2009 and sold it in 2017, writing Business Development for Dummies along the way. Today, she is a CEO Coach and Ghostwriter of business books.
