Dave Knifton currently works as a lead global data architect for a major blue-chip multinational. He has a passion for data architecture and has gained extensive experience of it from a wide range of business sectors across the globe in over 30 years. His professional life has included many varied milestones including, mathematically modelling the stability of aircraft to keep them in the air, setting up and managing Oracle Education Australia, founding two successful Oracle consultancies, launching several commercial online ventures, establishing centres of excellence for clients and co-architecting a major Australian commercial bank’s award-winning online capability from scratch.
