Todd D. Mayo

Todd D. Mayo works with ultra-high net worth families, helping them to design and implement wealth strategies that reflect their values and goals. He helps families and individuals to create multi-generational structures for managing their wealth, fulfilling their philanthropic visions, and optimizing tax effects. Todd is the consulting editor of Private Trust Companies: A Handbook for Advisers (Globe Law and Business, forthcoming 2020). Todd has played an active role in developing New Hampshire’s trust laws. He is a principal author of several portions of the New Hampshire Trust Code. In addition, he was a principal author of the New Hampshire Family Trust Company Act (which governs private trust companies) and the principal author of the New Hampshire Foundation Act (which was the first act in the US recognizing civil law-style foundations).
