Donna DeRosa

Donna DeRosa is a lifestyle coach, YouTube creator, and author who writes about personal development with an emphasis on the Mediterranean diet. Donna was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA where she graduated from LaSalle University with a degree in English and Communication Arts. She also attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, and worked in the theatre for several years as an actress and stage manager. A move to Los Angeles brought her into the world of cars and publishing.
