Randrick Chance

Dr. Randrick Chance (or simply "Chance") is a U.S. Navy veteran, Author, Pastor, Consultant, and Lifestyle Coach. After enjoying a successful naval career - earning various awards, multiple Sailor-of-the-Quarter, and swift promotions, Chance transitioned from the military to civilian life and pursued another rewarding career field - humanitarian relief. His service to those in need has taken him to over 26 countries on six continents. He was the special projects, fundraising director, and mission coordinator for the National Association for the Prevention of Starvation (NAPS) - a mission-driven relief organization in Alabama. Dr. Chance and his B.M.W (Beautiful Marvelous Wife), Rhonitta, have conducted social and spiritual outreach programs in many underserved communities in America and in countries such as Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia, Liberia, Suriname, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana - transforming the lives of thousands as a result. Over the past 20 years, Chance has acquired extensive training, experience, and knowledge in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Non-Profit Administration, Humanitarian Relief, Evangelism, and Missionary Operations. He graduated from Central Texas College, Columbia College, American Graduate University, and Columbia International University. Dr. Chance was also the Founder of Strategic Secrets and 7th Seal Missions Resources. He sits on the board of various nonprofit organizations in different industries. He is especially passionate about using his military experience and training to help others discover their life's calling to pursue meaningful service, business, ministry, or career endeavors. On the home front, he enjoys playing soccer and tennis, writing, and spending quality and quantity time with his family. Together, they travel frequently and lead very productive lives.
