Fred Weaver is a former Development Manager for Apple stores in China, Vice President with Extended Stay of America hotels, and the current Principal for the VC Development Group company, specializing in new hotels in Silicon Valley California.

He lectures widely, and is an influential voice on commercial development, construction, and ‘Agency Management’. His recent undercover investigations include security and accounting fraud, and public administration corruption.
