I've been cooking for years and started blogging about it in 2009 after realizing my true passion was cooking and helping others to cook and eat better tasting food. Food and wine are some of life's greatest pleasures. I've traveled to Australia, England, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, China, Singapore, South Africa and Portugal, as well as all over the United States and use my travels to influence my recipes. I have been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, AOL, Savuer and other publications.
