Freddie Hudson

Freddie Hudson is a former harness driver/trainer who grew up in the racing industry and was the protégé of Hall of Fame driver/trainer Del Insko.

Outside of harness racing Hudson has held positions in marketing, with several companies with titles ranging from Director, V.P. and CEO.

Hudson co-hosted the radio show North America Harness Updates and has appeared on several TV and radio shows. He was a member of the United States Harness Writers Association and has written many articles. He has hosted and or organized several harness racing events. He is a former official for the NBC Golf Channels AM Tour

Currently Hudson is the CEO of the USHRAA and he co-hosts the Harness Racing Alumni Show with Grammy winner Trade Martin & Hall of Fame Journalist Bob Marks. He lobbies in Washington D.C. on major issues that affect horseracing and the welfare of horses. He is also an advisor/consultant to several horse owners and trainers.. He helps to promote the harness racing industry and horse rescues. He is a spokesperson for the Standardbred Retirement Foundation.
