Linda West Eckhardt

Linda West Eckhardt was central to the first bread revolution in the early nineties with the Julia Child award-winning book "Bread in Half The Time" followed by the first edition of "Rustic European Breads," in which Diana and Linda broke the mold on how to make yeast breads. The methods they developed have become standard. And Cuisinart can thank them for teaching people how to make dough in a food processor. Now they even have a “dough” button on their machines.
