Ben Schaffer

Ben Schaffer is the editor and publisher of the Rum Reader, an online magazine investigating the exciting innovations and deep history of Caribbean rum. Since 2018, Ben has hosted the Daiquiri Dossier, an ongoing series of cocktail evenings with top bar talent discussing and serving their variations on the classic drink. He previously co-authored "The Dead Rabbit Drinks Manual" and adapted Alasdair Gray's novel "1982 Janine" for the stage.
