Shawn Dahl

Shawn Dahl is a book designer and editor, and most recently a coauthor of Brooklyn Street Style, for which she also illustrated the cover. She designed and illustrated the covers for Paris Street Style (and the matching notebooks, journal, and notecards) as well as Berlin Street Style. She has designed countless books for Abrams, and recently designed the New York Times bestseller Grace’s Guide from Touchstone/Simon & Schuster. Previously, Shawn was senior editor at Rolling Stone Press, where she edited more than twenty illustrated and non-fiction titles, and was editor of Time Out New York’s Eating & Drinking and New York travel guides. She has also been an owner of two bars in the East Village.
