Allan Jude

Allan Jude is VP of Engineering at Klara Inc, a FreeBSD Services and Support company. A serial entrepreneur, Allan also co-founded ScaleEngine Inc., a global HTTP and Video Streaming CDN (Content Distribution Network), that makes extensive use of ZFS on FreeBSD. He is also the host of the weekly video podcast BSDNow.tv, and previously hosted TechSNAP.tv Allan is a FreeBSD and OpenZFS committer, working on varied projects throughout the systems space. He taught FreeBSD and NetBSD at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Canada from 2007-2010 and has 17 years of BSD UNIX sysadmin experience.
