Matt Rodbard

Matt Rodbard is the founding editor in chief of the James Beard Award–winning online food magazine TASTE and the author of Koreatown: A Cookbook, a New York Times best seller. He's also the author of Food IQ, a national best seller, and Koreaworld: A Cookbook, to be released in 2024. He’s been published in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bon Appétit, Saveur, GQ, Travel + Leisure, and Lucky Peach. He is the host of the TASTE Podcast, a show featuring interviews with thought leaders in food and media.
