In brief, I spent a third of my life in Ohio, a third in Hawai'i with a year in West Africa in Cameroon and Nigeria somewhere in there and the most recent third in the Republic of China with my Taiwanese wife of 20 years. I've got 3 daughters, 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and I feel 16. I've worked for a number of airlines over the years, making it possible to attend many international Bahá'í events, using discounted and free airline tickets. My interests include reading old classics since those are the only ones on Kindle that are free. And I love to discover old movies on YouTube, featuring great actors and actresses most of whom moved to films from the stage. Watch "The Royal Scandal" with Tallulah Bankhead as the Queen to see exactly what I mean. I was compelled to write the "The Unforgettable Hands of the Cause", because, like so many Baha'is, I had the privilege of seeing them, meeting them and listening to so many of them all over the world from about 1962 to 1992 and couldn't shut up about them. I didn't want my remembrances of the precious Hands of the Cause to be lost with my death and so I was compelled to get it all down in writing - thus a book. I've just completed 23 years of broadcasting the news at Taiwan's only English-speaking radio station, ICRT, where I adapted China's classic novel, "The Dream of the Red Chamber" for radio. As they say to comics and writers, "Don't quit your day job."
