Jamie A. Gruman

Dr. Jamie Gruman is a Full Professor of Organizational Behavior and a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. He is also the founding Chair of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association. He is an award-winning professor and an award-winning researcher whose work has been cited in media outlets around the globe. His research focuses on "people in organizations" with an emphasis on on-boarding and positive organizational psychology. He's consulted and spoken for numerous Fortune 500 companies, public, and non-profit organizations including General Motors, Deloitte, Pepsi, Departments and Agencies of The Government of Canada, the Lung Association, and the Children's Wish Foundation.
