Michael R. Braun

Michael is a professor of management at the University of Montana. Previously Michael was a director with a merchant bank in Southern California, where he developed investment strategies for private equity firms and managed acquisitions and divestitures for private and publicly traded corporations. He also authored a children's book, The Fantastic Birthday Cake Story, also available on Amazon.
