Roger Gordon

Roger Gordon has written 12 sports history books, including "The Forgotten Decade: Compelling Stories of the 1970s Cleveland Browns" and "Blanton’s Browns: The Great 1965-69 Cleveland Browns." For eight years, Gordon wrote for the magazine Bernie’s Insiders/The Orange and Brown Report for which he conducted personal interviews with some 70 former Cleveland Browns, including Hall of Famers Jim Brown, Paul Warfield, Ozzie Newsome and Leroy Kelly. Other publications Gordon has written for include the Akron Beacon Journal, The Plain Dealer Sunday Magazine and Lake Erie Living Magazine. He is a member of the Professional Football Researchers Association.
