Erik Linstrum

Erik Linstrum is Professor of History at the University of Virginia. He writes about the global and imperial histories of modern Britain. His first book, Ruling Minds: Psychology in the British Empire (2016), won the George Louis Beer Prize of the American Historical Association. He received his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 2012 and lives in Charlottesville, Virginia.
