Thomas Juth is a Grammy Award winning Mix and Mastering Engineer based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Thomas started his career at Mayfair Studios, in London, working as a runner and Assistant Engineer. During three years at Mayfair Studios he was able assist and learn from some of the greatest engineers and producers around, which gave him the opportunity to quickly develop and improve as a Mix Engineer.
In 2006 Thomas joined the Kensaltown Team, (James Morrison, Jason Mraz, Train, etc), lead by well-known producer Martin Terefe. He almost immediately stepped up to become the inhouse Mix Engineer and, during the following seven years, got to mix a large part of Martin's productions (as well as other projects coming out of Kensaltown Studios).
Over the past 10 years Thomas has mixed several Billboard Chart tracks, and built up an impressive discography, which includes Latin superstars Jesse y Joy (which won him two Grammy awards), Luis Fonsi, Jamie Cullum, Jason Mraz as well as legends such as Cat Stevens, A-ha, Elton John and Paul McCartney. He has also recently been working with UK rapper Tinchy Stryder, and UK singer-songwriter James Bay.
Thomas is now also focusing on writing ebooks about mixing techniques, and other related topics, as well as teaching audio at a University in Berlin.
