My Experience: Finance Degree, 6 years loans officer at a national bank, 4 1/2 years credit bureau manager for one of the big three credit bureau's John Harris was the Driving Force to Setup the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. John Lobbied Congress to pass the Credit Repair Organizations Act ("CROA") and was present when Bill Clinton signed it into law.
