Mark Koger

My name is Mark Koger. For more than 30 years I have done a little bit of everything there is to do in the lawn maintenance and landscaping industry. I never went to college. I am not a business expert. I am not a gifted salesman. However, I have had great success and made a great living mowing grass. For many years I worked as an employee. I worked hard and did what I was told. After all my effort, I never seemed to get ahead in life. Once I even started an irrigation company of my own. It ended up failing and I went back to work for someone else. It seemed that my dreams of personal and financial freedom would never come true. Fast forward to today and everything has changed. I have had great success and made a lot of money. I owned my own business with more than 30 employees. At it's highest point my lawn maintenance company was making well over $1 million a year. Through struggles and setbacks I was able to unlock many of the secrets to the lawn maintenance industry. Now I want to share what I have learned with others.
