Katherine Karagiannis Richards

Katherine Karagiannis Richards' love of running started as a child in St. Louis, Missouri, and continues today in Danville, California. "My Favorite Run" was inspired from a run she shared with her daughter while living in beautiful Auburn, CA, the self-proclaimed "endurance capital of the world". Today, she continues to share her passion of running and fitness with her friends, husband, and their three kids.
