Jack Mcgowan

Buffalo-born, Boston-based illustrator and designer, Jack McGowan specializes in high energy, ink and brush illustrations and clean design. After receiving a B.F.A. in Illustration from Syracuse University, he worked in-house for the Buffalo design firm Wynne Creative Group, developing visual material for national and local brands, and has gone on to freelance in a range of fields, including information technology, album packaging, and medical trade shows. His debut graphic novel was The Comic Book Story of Video Games, written by Jonathan Hennessey and published by Ten Speed Press. His work can be found at: www.jackmcgowanart.com
