BOB STAHL Bob is an executive eS&OP thought leader, coach, author, educator, and expert witness in litigation. He has more than fifty (50) years of manufacturing experience. While holding line management positions in industry, Bob's efforts contributed to improvements in ROI from 8% to 48%, for which his company was awarded the coveted Oliver Wight Class ‘A’ status. Since leaving industry in 1981, Bob has counseled hundreds of companies looking to achieve similar success through the implementation of fully authentic eS&OP. He has worked in varied environments/markets, in large and small, public and private companies, adopting his methodology for implementing eS&OP at low cost, low risk, high impact, and quick results. His approach is explained in several of the six (6) books Bob has co-authored, including: Sales & Operations Planning-The How To Handbook, 3rd Edition, and Sales & Operations Planning-The Executives’ Guide. Three (3) of his books have been used in the APICS certification programs and have been translated to seven (7) languages. He was awarded “The Best Conference Speaker” for his Keynote Address at the SAPICS Conference in South Africa, titled – Managing in an Uncertain World.
