Theodore Effiong

Rev. Theodore Effiong is both a Nigerian and British citizen. He answered the call to ministry and relocated to Nigeria as led by the Lord. He lived in Europe for 16 years and has lived in Africa for about four decades. He is widely travelled and has ministered the gospel of Christ in five Continents. He is a teacher, pastor and revivalist and has served in these capacities for the past decades. Presently, he is the Assistant District Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Calabar District, where he pastors one of the largest Assemblies of God churches in Nigeria. In addition, together with his covenant partner Ephraim Effiong and their two wives, Mary and Gift, they run PRAYER CITY, an interdenominational prayer altar where thousands of people gather from over 40 denominations every Wednesday for dynamic prayer and fasting. This altar has been sustained since 1992. He has written more than forty books till date. His marriage to Mary (a woman of God in her own right, anointed and mightily used of God), is blessed with four beautiful children: Two boys (Anointing and Apostle) and two girls (Divine and Chosen).
